Project Objective

To reposition PVHA as a vital resource within its community, engage with Members through a new online portal, increase event attendance, enable the public to easily locate and access resources based on a variety of categories and criteria, celebrate PVHA’s stunning landscape, architecture, and impressive history, build an extensible platform that PVHA can expand upon for years to come, and resolve a wide variety of functional and design issues that made the previous website difficult to navigate or maintain.

3Lane Approach

3Lane understood immediately that PVHA’s existing website did not come close to adequately serving the organization’s needs or representing the friendly, welcoming nature of the staff. A key project goal became to create a digital product that would serve as a seamless extension of the in-person services that PVHA was offering to its Members, and to harness the power of technology to minimize PVHA’s overhead while providing new value to its target audiences. The new website is now an active, robust hub of information and resources that captures the tone, beauty and personality of people, community, landscape, and organization.

We are a Homes Association in a historical city with a membership of over 5200 and needed a new website to better serve our members, our staff and prospective homeowners. Our committee chose 3Lane Marketing (Kate Shawver and Laura Boberg) not solely on their portfolio but because of their temperament. They were casual but confident and were unpretentious about their work. We became an integral part of their team and received frequent updates and were asked for our opinions. 3Lane listened and produced a website that exceeded our expectations. One of our goals was to be able to reach the many senior citizens who live in our community. The site is easy to navigate and we have heard nothing but positive feedback from our members – young and old. In the first month since the site was launched, the number of registered users is up over 300% from our previous website. Even after the site launch, 3Lane has remained available and respond promptly when called upon. Our overall experience with 3Lane Marketing has been productive and positive. They have been a joy to work with and we would recommend their services to anyone. They not only built us a website, they built a relationship with us as well.
