To redesign the existing website, including adherence to ADA and PCI requirements, evaluation and streamlining of all 3rd party integration points, migration of all forms to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, development of a custom Learnpress integration with the BBMS Payments API, and implementation of deep analytics, with an end goal of improving site performance by increasing user conversion.
In a highly data-driven Research Analysis & Insights phase, 3Lane was able to identify, strategize and implement the set of varied technical requirements that involved a complete rebuild of the existing website. Through collaboration with BIANYS and Blackbaud, 3Lane also completed a smooth migration to a superior fundraising software solution and trained the internal team on the new system. The refreshed website met the latest W3C standards for ADA and PCI Compliance and successfully accomplished the desired user conversion actions—increased membership, donations, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions and online professional development through password-protected course enrollment.
